Principal UX Researcher with 11 years in industry and 6 in academia. I've led 300+ studies and surveyed 400,000+ people across China, the US, and Europe — mixed-methods work that takes products from first concept to live at scale.
I built a research practice from the ground up as an organization's first dedicated researcher — defining the methods, processes, and participant panels, then growing and mentoring a team of five.
My work has moved real metrics: measurable lifts in early retention, lifetime value, and daily revenue, with insights shaping core product and UX decisions.
Beyond the screen, I co-authored a book on Design Thinking (now in its ninth-plus edition), designed a 100-card educational game for problem-solving, and have consulted on the UX of public e-services across several European countries.
